Although you need an RSA and an RCG certificate in order to work behind a bar (and we do both ), CLGCA  & VETAB approved), they will not get you a job. The important thing is you must know what you are doing behind the bar when you get there. That is why it is most important that you do a Bar and Cocktail Course to learn how to work behind the bar pulling beer, mixing drinks and making cocktails, as well as the product knowledge side.
